SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Here is the process to be considered for a scholarship for the 2024-25 WGBA season:

1) Complete the online Scholarship Application Survey PRIOR to registering your daughter.

2) Send a copy of your District 284 free and reduced lunch letter to chadWGBA@gmail.com (This must be for District 284 and it must be valid for the 2024-25 school year)

3) Your submission will be reviewed by the WGBA executive board for approval.

4) If a scholarship is approved, you will be sent a unique discount code to enter when you register your player online at WGBA.net.

Please note:

• IF YOU ARE PURSUING A SCHOLARSHIP, DO NOT REGISTER PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR DISCOUNT CODE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
• The scholarship player will need to be registered (with the scholarship discount code applied and the remaining balance paid) before registration for your program closes.
• For the 2024-25 season, the WGBA offers a maximum scholarship of up to 50% off Travel fees and 75% off Recreation registration fees.
• Travel Fees - 4th thru 8th grade: $580, 3rd grade: $215 
• Recreational Fees - 2nd grade thru HS $220
